I'm running on no sleep and too much cold medicine, so this is going to be brief. I'd like to acknowledge that I was completely wrong in predicting a McCain victory, which I continued to do as recently as Monday. I didn't trust the polls and was convinced that Americans were not yet ready for an African American president with a foreign-sounding name. I am so happy to be wrong! I don't know if I've ever been this happy about being wrong. I even feel better about my country. Congratulations to all who supported Obama, and let those of us who were in it more to oppose McCain-Palin breathe a massive sigh of relief. Enjoy the day.Tags:
